I recently had my new Cadillac in for service at Bob Moore in Norman. While my vehicle was being serviced, they provided me with a loaner car. While driving the loaner on I-35, I exited at Robinson Street in Norman, and the vehicle suddenly died. I have bought a 2011 Cadillac there and had good service. Then I bought a 2005 Corvette Nov 2018 right before Thanksgiving. Bought a 2012 Dodge Charger Super Bee. Expected it to pass inspection. One rear lug nut was missing and the wheel nut stub was stripped. The electric horns had been removed. Oklahoma has no inspection requirements. Texas does. I should not have driven two hours to buy a car that my shop has now found to be “unsafe”. Perhaps Bob Moore dealerships should at least inspect the vehicles they sell..... clearly they do not. Not happy......
The maintenance guys are super customer friendly and make sure you are very well taken care of. Trust their suggestions and that they will take the best care of me and my vehicle. I usually deal with Colt and Kenneth are superb.
I took my car in for an oil leak and thought I had 28k left on extended warrenty, I thought. That's right, I was flat out lied to about them starting the extended warranty at the end of the manufacturers warrenty. It was actually started right away so it ran concurrent to the manufacturer's warrenty. Flat out lied to me about this, even after I confirmed this twice. Wow where do i begin. This is the devils car dealership. If you want to be treated with respect, not lied to or hustled, deal with managers who care for the customer. I was traveling from Nashville to Las Vegas. Stopped in Oklahoma to visit family, and have my 2015 SRX serviced because of a strange noise and vibration. Ken in the service department detected an unusal defect in my 2015 SRX that was causing carbon monoxide to be released into my cabin. Long story short he possibly saved my life. He and another service man stayed after hours to make sure I could get back on the road and home to Nashville safely!

Nice Experience and very professional employees. Due to a warning displayed on the vehicle, it was returned to the service center and I was able to pick it back up within 24 hours. Marlon was very, very nice and low key. He made this the quickest and simplist car buying experience I have ever had, and I have been buying cars for the last 30 years.

Brandon was very helpful. I was skeptical about going to Bob Moore because I heard they were your typical pushy sales types. After talking with the store manager I really felt this way. The manager was pushy the first night there however after dealing with Brandon my opinions changed of Bob Moore. Brandon was persistant about getting us in the car we wanted for the price we wanted. This was my first visit to your dealership. I was uneasy about the expectations of the hassels associated with buying a vehicle. However, after a few interactions with Elliott the sales persons who assisted me, the process was not as strssful as expected. Any questions that I had were answered by the individual responsible; from the loan officer to the service manager. However, I did have to wait quite a long time to see the loan officer. I was given an explanation as to why the wait was as long as it was, which was unstandable.

Recommendation is based solely on our work with Mr. Gibbs and finance specialist Mr. Chavez, they were outstanding in every way. I must admit we were somewhat surprised and disappointed that the store manager never once acknowledged our purchase or presences for that matter! We will only buy from this dealership again, if Mr. Gibbs is still working or managing the department at this dealership.
