I live in Houston, TX and was shopping around for a 2019 Cadillac CTS-V. I just recently purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade in Nov 2018 at Central Houston Cadillac. They took good care of me with my purchase so I decided to give them the 1st shot at the deal. Unfortunately my original Sales person and Sales manager I worked with is no longer with the company but one of the Sales Manager was still working there so I told him what I was looking for and he went to located the vehicle for me and found it. He then sent me the price quote sheet and from what I can see he was charging me full MSRP so I called and asked why? His answer was why would he sell this car for less when he can sell it for full price. This was his answer after I told him what a great dealer they have how his sales team helped me with my new purchased. So guess what I did, the big mistake he made was including the Vin # of the vehicle so I googled it and found the car sitting at Bob Moore Cadillac at Norman, OK. One thing stood out is that I’ve purchased a Porsche before From Bob Moore of Porsche. So I called Bob Moore Cadillac and mentioned what had happened. I spoke to Mory and right away we hit it off. Mory took great care of me as a repeat customer. He provided the same quality service as I received when I purchased my Porsche. I drove 6hrs to OK to pick up the car. I got to the dealer at 8:30AM and I was welcomed by Thi and he took the time to answer all my questions and went thru all the paperwork. It was my daughter’s birthday and they even had me pick out something from the Gift Shop as a Thank you. So I wanted to take this time again to Thank Bob Moore Cadillac Specially to Mory and Thi for the great service. I wished the dealer was her in Houston as they need more people like them here.
After posting an unfavorable rating about Bob Moore of Norman, I was contacted by a manager named Demarco Guillory, He jumped through several hoops to change my mind about this dealership. I hope that the internet stuff I wrote of earlier is truly an unfortunate accident as was explained. I bought a new Cadillac XT 4 and am very happy. Thanks Demarco and Sajid Khan. Sajid was my sales professional that I highly recommend.
I recently came from out of state to purchase a used Ford pickup from this Cadillac dealership. I wasn't their demographic, I didn't buy a Cadillac, I wasn't coming back for service, I didn't finance through them, and they knew they would most likely never see me again. That being said, my family and I were treated like we were their long time friends buying our 5th Cadillac there. Patient, courteous, respectful, professional, and friendly come to mind when I think of the attitude of everyone we dealt with. Thi and Jamar are the kind of men you want working for you and representing your business. I cannot brag enough about Bob Moore Cadillac and the people who maintain such a high standard there. This isn't the result of just good training that can be passed along, this is the character of these men and it was greatly appreciated.
Kenneth was awesome! As a matter-of-fact, the entire staff was awesome. Keslow step in and accomplished the initial check-in of our vehicle while Kenneth was taking care of another customer. Kenneth came in and completed the check-in process. Kenneth had us checked in and out the door with our loaner vehicle within minutes. The staff had our loaner vehicle ready when we arrived and the process was seamless. Ken was very professional, and kept us well-informed of status of our vehicle; our vehicle needed the regular maintenance interval scheduled service, replacement of a strip of body side molding and removal of a clear-coat over-spray that was accidentally sprayed on a small section. Kenneth efficient coordination with the service department, the parts department and body shop technicians led to the accomplishment of all required service in minimum time. The entire staff should be commended!
Excellent people with excellent facilities. We purchased two Cadillacs from them and the buying process with Daniel and Jamar was very comfortable and the service with Kenneth has been outstanding. This is an excellent dealership.

I bought my 2016 Cadillac a month ago, their was an issue with the running board. The service department had to order the part. When it came in they gave me a call and I set up an appointment. When I went in they had me a rental car. Had my car fixed by early afternoon the same day. I am very satisfied with Bob Moore service department. Thank you-RickE

I have purchase several cars from Bob Moore. Outstanding staff, Sales, Jamal Dozier, and Service Representative, Kenneth. They always make you feel welcome. There professionalism goes above and beyond. Making sure you understand all things that will take place with your vehicle. Explaining every thing til you understand. My vehicle was service and repaired in a timely manner. A broken shaft seal was repaired and I received a detail understanding as to what may have happen at no fault of myself or dealership. I was given the chance to see the damage to the shaft. My 2018 Escalade runs outstanding. Thank you Ken and Bob Moore Cadillac for making me a valuable customer. Ken was awesome! My engine light came on around 5pm Wednesday night, I immediately called and Ken answered the phone. I got an appointment the next morning! I showed up and was quickly checked in. When they figured out what was wrong with my car, Ken came out and explained it to me twice until I understood! Then he even explained it to my husband over the phone- he was fantastic! To say the least, Ken was very professional and kind! Sometimes I feel very ignorant when it comes to mechanical stuff, I didn’t feel like this one bit while at the Cadillac in Norman! I explained to him that I had never been to this location but would be using them from here on out! The coffee and snacks were great while I waited. They had my car finished in under an hour and I was back on the road!! I really appreciated them being respectful of my time. And another thing I really liked about my experience, was that everyone gave a nice smile- that goes a long way with me!
